Shipping Information
Delivery usually occurs within 2 -5 business days after the order is placed. U.S. orders usually arrive in 5 days and Canadian orders in 12 days. International orders could take longer. Our shipping charge for deliveries in the U.S. is $5.00. International orders are charged according to the package weight.

Return / Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy. (Cellex-C, NuFace and makeup are not returnable.) If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, ship it back to us within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase price excluding shipping cost. Your refund will be credited to your Visa or Mastercard.

Follow these guidelines for returns and exchanges:

You have 30 days to exchange or return an item.

List the item or items you are returning.

Note the reason for the return or exchange.

If you wish to exchange the item, let us know what you would like to replace the item with.

You can choose to insure the package, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

We cannot issue a refund until the package is received and processed.

We do not refund shipping charges on returned orders.

Please provide your return address on returned items. All items returned will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase.
